Each potential employee is assessed as to job-readiness,
employment skills, work preferences and other factors relevant
to their employment success.
Premier
Personnel helps potential employees develop marketable
skills suited to their capabilities and interests. When
an appropriate position has been secured, a Premier Personnel
Instructor is available to provide the new employee with
on the job training. This continues until both the employer
and employee are confident that the work requirements are
being independently met.
Premier Personnel provides on site counselling assistance
to ensure the smooth integration of the new employee into
the workplace. Our agency ensures supervisors are adequately
prepared to direct and work with an employee with special
needs.
Employee performance is monitored on an on-going basis.
Premier Personnel is available to provide re-training services
