To those of you
who have hired staff through Premier Personnel, or to those
who are considering doing so, we would like to take this
opportunity to thank you for your support, and to explain
what type of services you can expect from our agency.
Premier
likes to customize the type of services we provide based
on the individual needs of our clientele and the particular
culture of each worksite. The company will always provide training
in a manner which is agreed upon by the employer and will not
upset work site routine.
Generally speaking, we usually pair
new employees with one of our Workplace Instructors who provide
them with one on one
support until they are competent and functioning independently
in their new occupation. The Instructor’s role will be
to create a balance between training and productivity and their
goal is to help the new employee to become independent as soon
as possible. Training usually lasts between a few days and
a few weeks, and finishes when all parties involved agree that
the new employee is doing sufficiently well to work on their
own.
Premier recognizes that in special cases, in respect of
the workplace culture, or because of physical constraints,
having
an extra person on the worksite may not be the best training
option. We will always try to adapt our service to suit the
needs of any training situation. Sometimes support can be
provided through the employer, or simply by consulting with
the client
offsite. Because each employment opportunity is so important,
we simply request that employers consult with us to ensure
all reasonable options have been used to ensure a successful
placement. After the training process is complete, Premier provides
long term follow-up support to help ensure the continued
success of our clients and the satisfaction of employers.
We are always
available to provide re-training supports if necessary.
In
closing, while we cannot guarantee the success of any individual
placement, we can guarantee our commitment to

and clients with quick, responsive, quality service. We want
