  • Mentoring, job coaching, supported employment

  • Job carving from existing positons. Remove general duties from specialists.

  • Lessen, not increase, multitasking.

  • Flexible hours.

  • Customize jobs or shifts

  • Job sharing, team and group work assignments.

  • Reframe, rework, rethink the job descriptions traditionalty used by your company.

  • Identify Bona Fide Occupational Requirements (BFOR)

  • Take advantage of life long learning, practical experience, aptitudes, strengths and skills over formal education.

  • Ease access to worksites through public transport, carpools or shuttles
